Rule 17g-7 Rating Disclosure
Regulatory
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires all nationally recognized statistical rating organizations (NRSRO) such as Egan-Jones Ratings Company to make available to the public a history of all the obligors/issuers that were rated by the NRSRO within 12 months of the rating action date for credit ratings paid for by the obligor or issuer and within 24 months of the rating action date for all other credit ratings. Below is a zip file containing all of the obligors and issuers that were rated by Egan-Jones in XBRL format. EJR does not currently maintain NRSRO status to provide credit ratings for issuers of asset-backed securities (ABS), and issuers of government securities, municipal securities, or securities issued by a foreign government.
